Yes as I said the jungle is good for an end game base so if you like it there just build a T3 base there once you have everything you need from other parts of the map and you can travel easily around (map room). Jungle has one of the best spots in the game for a PvP base.You want either 40 or 50 vit depending on personal preference. For pve I'd recommend 40 vit 50 str. Every armor set is good, it just depends on what you want.
