The issue with the flex box was a known issue that our engineers did work on and resolved. My flex box is displaying an ent-22011. Ent-22011. BWe are not able to get our flex to connect to our Wi-Fi. However, our Wi-Fi is fine for all the other devices. When I click try again, it does nothing.Cold restarting everything - the cable modem, router & Flex box - does not work.
